Position Summary:

• Participate in month end close process
• Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Complete trial balance
• Assist with cash application and various AR activities as assigned
• Process incoming supplier invoices, as well as ACH and wire payments to customers and suppliers
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly financial reports
• Prepare and assist with monthly and quarterly taxes
• Assist with external audits as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant related field, or equivalent commensurate experience required
• 1-3 years relevant accounting experience
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong organizational  and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate with all levels of the organization
• Strong technical and PC skills 
• Ability to excel in a fun and energetic results-driven environment.
